§ 2.187. Creation; Composition; Term of Office.

(1)

There is hereby created and established a Board to be known and designated as the "Criminal Nuisance Abatement Board."

(2)

Such Board shall consist of five (5) members, serving without pay, appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by City Council.

(3)

The terms of members of the Board shall be as set forth in Section 2.120 of this Code. Initial appointments to this Board shall be staggered with three (3) members appointed for a term of two (2) years and two (2) members appointed for a term of one (1) year.
