§ 2.219. Election of Officers.

The Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees shall elect from its own membership a chairman, vice-chairman and a secretary. The Board of Trustees may designate one of its own members to serve as recording secretary or may designate some person not a member of the Board to serve as recording secretary thereof, without pay. A non-Board member recording secretary shall have no vote in the affairs of the Board.
