§ 2.220. Terms of Members.

The terms of members of the Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees shall be two (2) years and shall be staggered in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.120 above. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2.120(2) and 2.121(1) and (2) of the City Code to the contrary, consecutive term limits and attendance requirements for Board members shall not apply to Michael A. Mennello, Marilyn Logsdon Mennello and their immediate family members, as delineated in Section 2.217 above.
