§ 2.221. Meetings, Records, Quorum, Filing Minutes.

  • The Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees shall meet at least quarterly at a regular meeting time to be fixed by the Board and shall hold such additional meetings as shall be called by the chairman, by written demand of a majority of the Board members, or upon call by the Mayor. All meetings of the Board and any committees thereof shall be public, and complete records of the deliberations shall be kept. These records shall be open to the public. Four (4) Board members shall constitute a quorum. A copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be filed with the City Council through the City Clerk, so that the City Council may consider such minutes at its next ensuing regular meeting following the meeting of the Board.
