§ 2.224. Recommendations to City Council.

Wherever this Article provides for a recommendation by the Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees prior to City Council action, the Board shall make a recommendation within a reasonable time. In the event the Board does not furnish a recommendation to the City within a reasonable time, the City Council may act without the recommendation from the Board.
