§ 2.223. Not to Obligate City Without Approval.

The Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees shall not have authority to obligate the City of Orlando in any manner without the prior approval of the City Council. The Board shall have no power to sell, lease, encumber or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Mennello Museum of American Art or its contents.
