§ 31A.04. Permit Not to be Issued Without Specific Authorization to Certain Persons, etc., After Revocation.

  • The division shall not grant without specific authorization from city council a permit to operate an establishment to a person if such person was the permittee, or was an interested party of the permittee of an establishment at the time such permit was revoked under the provisions hereof. The division shall not grant without specific authorization from city council a permit to operate an establishment to a partnership if any partner thereof was a permittee, or was an interested party of the permittee of an establishment at the time such permit was revoked under the provisions hereof. The division shall not grant without specific authorization from city council a permit to operate an establishment to a corporation if any officer or director thereof was a permittee, or was an interested party of the permittee of an establishment at the time such permit was revoked under the provisions hereof.
