§ 31A.11. Certain Prerequisites for Commercial Contact Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit, request, or require any other person to manipulate, wash or touch directly or indirectly using any instrument, thing, substance or device, the body tissues of any person as a prerequisite to or requirement for the giving of commercial contact.
