Chapter 31A. COMMERCIAL PHYSICAL CONTACT ESTABLISHMENTS AND ESCORT SERVICES

§ 31A.12. List of Services Available Required.

It shall be unlawful for any permittee or any interested party thereof to operate an establishment for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron in an establishment, unless a list of services available in the establishment, described in readily understandable language, and the costs of such services is posted in an open and conspicuous place in such establishment. It shall be unlawful for any permittee or any interested party thereof to advertise or state that any service other than those posted is available or to offer to perform, or to perform any service other than those posted.
