§ 31A.13. Towels and Linens Required.

It shall be unlawful for any permittee or any interested party thereof to operate an establishment or for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron in an establishment, unless clean and sanitary towels, sheets and liens are provided for each patron, with no common use of towels or linens or reuse of towels or linens without relaundering permitted; provided, however, that heavy white paper may be substituted for sheets, provided that such paper is used only for one patron, then discarded into a sanitary receptacle.
