§ 31A.25. Prohibited Acts by Escort Services.

It is unlawful for an escort service to commit any of the following acts:
(1)

Operate or conduct business as an escort service within the City limits of the City of Orlando, without first obtaining, and keeping valid, a City of Orlando occupational license;

(2)

Fail to comply with any subsection or provision of Sec. 31A.22 regardless of whether the escort service is licensed by the City.
