§ 31A.26. Penalties.

(1)

An escort, escort service, or worker, operator, or employee of an escort service or customer who violates any subsection or provision of Sec. 31A.22, Sec. 31A.23, Sec. 31A.24, or Sec. 31A.25 herein, shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Section 1.08 of the City Code.

(2)

A finding of guilt, regardless of adjudication, of three (3) or more violations of Sec. 31A.22, Sec. 31A.23, Sec. 31A.24, or Sec. 31A.25, or any combination thereof, within a two year period, shall result in an automatic revocation of the city escort or escort service occupational license for three years from the date of the last finding of guilt.
