§ 39.04. Use of Coasters, Roller Skates and Similar Devices Restricted.

Except as may be specifically permitted by this Code, no person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any street or roadway, except while crossing on a crosswalk and except upon streets set aside as play streets when and as authorized by this Chapter.
