§ 39.04-1. No Through Traffic on Certain Streets.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeding 8,000 pounds, where such operation requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) under the provisions of Florida Statutes ch. 322, upon any street with the City where such operation is prohibited by official traffic-control device posted by the City Transportation Engineer.
