§ 39.06. Office Established; Appointment.

The Transportation Engineering Bureau is hereby established. The Transportation Engineering Bureau Chief shall be designated the City Transportation Engineer, shall be appointed by the Mayor, and shall exercise the powers and duties as provided in this Chapter under the direction of the City Public Works Director.
