§ 39.09. Regulations, Schedules, Permits, etc., Subject to Review by Council.

All rules, regulations, orders, schedules, permits or determinations of, or made or issued by, the Transportation Engineering Bureau Chief may, at any time, be revoked, modified, suspended or reinstated by the City Council.
