§ 39.49. Use Restricted to Certain Types of Vehicles.
The use of off-street parking facilities is hereby restricted at all times solely to the operators of passenger cars or trucks being operated at the time of parking on such facilities primarily for the transportation of passengers; provided, however, that no motor vehicle not otherwise restricted from parking on such facilities shall be permitted to park thereon if the gross weight of such vehicle shall exceed two (2) tons or the length of such vehicle shall exceed twenty (20) feet at such vehicle's longest point or the width of such vehicle shall exceed seven (7) feet at such vehicle's widest point.
