§ 39.50. Designation and Marking of Areas.

The Parking Bureau Chief shall designate certain areas of such facilities for the parking of vehicles and the individual spaces to be used for parking by each permissible vehicle and such other areas as are necessary for the movement of motor vehicles into and from such designated parking areas. The Parking Bureau Chief shall cause the various areas designated as above to be marked by visible markings, signs or signals necessary for the direction of drivers into the appropriate areas of the parking facilities.
