§ 39.51. Use Restricted to Parking and Incidents Thereof.

No person shall at any time operate or park a vehicle on any City off-street parking facility for any purpose other than parking purposes and the necessary driving on such facility required of the operator of any vehicle in entering and leaving such facility in connection with the use of the facility as a parking area; provided, however, the Parking Bureau Chief may reserve or set aside a facility, or portion thereof, for a special event.
