§ 39.65. Same—Application for Parking Permit; Conditions; Fee.
(1)
Application for a parking permit shall be made to the Parking Bureau on a form provided by that section.
(2)
The application and the rules and regulations promulgated under authority of Section 39.64 shall set forth the terms and conditions of the parking privileges granted under the permit parking program.
(3)
Violation of any such terms and conditions shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the parking permit by the Parking Bureau Chief who shall give written notice thereof to the holder of the permit. The permit holder may appeal such revocation to the City Council by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk within seven (7) working days from the date of the revocation notice. Should the permit be revoked, any and all fees paid in advance shall be forfeited and retained by the Parking Bureau, subject to further action by City Council in the event of appeal.

The Parking Bureau Chief is hereby authorized to establish rates for permit parking authorized in Section 39.64 as he shall from time to time determine, and such rates shall become effective upon approval by the City Council of Orlando.
(5)
Upon completion and approval of the application and payment of the fee, a parking permit shall be issued for use on each motor vehicle described in the application, which permit shall only be valid for and utilized in the appropriate off-street parking facility and for the time period indicated.
