§ 39.66. Same—Parking in Designated Area.
(1)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle in an area designated for permit parking only, unless said vehicle has properly affixed to it, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Parking Bureau Chief governing parking in designated permit areas, a current parking permit issued for use on that vehicle for that particular off-street parking facility.
(2)
Any person violating the provisions of Subsection (1) shall pay the civil penalty as prescribed in Section 39.68 of this Code.
