§ 39.71. Altering Parking Tickets.

No person, whether the recipient thereof or otherwise, shall willfully throw away, alter, mar, mutilate, destroy or discard the parking violation notice of the City. Any person violating this section shall be subject to the penalty as provided in Section 1.08 of this Code.
