§ 39.72. Unlawful Use of Envelope Accompanying Notice.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place in the envelope, provided with and accompanying the parking violation notice, any non-paper item or object. Paper items include the written notice, currency, and checks. Any person violating this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.08 of this Code.
