§ 39.73. Parking Violation Information to be Furnished to State Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

The Parking Bureau is hereby authorized and directed to supply the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles with a listing of persons, in a State Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles approved communications format, who have three (3) or more outstanding parking violations or one (1) or more parking violation(s) of Florida Statutes § 316.1955 or Florida Statutes § 316.1956, or any City ordinances which regulate similar parking in spaces for persons who have disabilities.
