§ 59.802. Submittal of the Application.

  • Anyone wishing to enter the Concurrency Resolution Process shall submit to the Concurrency Management Official a written request (hereinafter also known as an "application") and fee which conforms to the submittal requirements of this Part, in five (5) copies. The application shall set forth the applicant's proposal(s) for satisfying the concurrency requirement and should contain information relating to the following:

    (a)

    Possible limitations in the manner in which the proposed use will be conducted, including restrictions on the density and intensity of the use.

    (b)

    Possible limitations on the height, size, location, density or intensity of a building or other structure.

    (c)

    Possible phasing schedule.

    (d)

    Possible alternatives with respect to the size, number, location or nature of vehicle access points.

    (e)

    Possible increases in the amount of street dedication, roadway width, or construction of road improvements within the street right of way.

    (f)

    Plans for the protection of existing trees, vegetation, water resources, wildlife habitat and other significant natural resources.

    (g)

    Any other information regarding possible solutions or alternatives which would permit the proposed development in conformity with the requirements and intent of this Chapter and the Growth Management Plan.
