§ 59.901. Burden of Asserting Vested Rights or a Taking and Criteria for Determination of Claims.

It shall be the burden, duty and responsibility of the party alleging vested rights to demonstrate the legal requisites of a vested rights claim under the applicable administrative, state, and federal law in existence at the time the claim is asserted and such law shall be strictly followed.
