§ 59.902. Exhaustion of Administrative Remedies Required.

  • No applicant, claiming that this Chapter as applied to a particular property constitutes or would constitute a temporary or permanent taking of private property or an abrogation of vested rights, may pursue such claim in court or before a quasi-judicial body unless the applicant has first exhausted the administrative remedies provided in this Chapter.
