§ 61.265. Street Trees.

The developer shall install street trees in the parkways of the streets within and abutting the development, in accordance with the design standards of Section 61.226. The trees shall be included in any performance guarantee to which the development may be subject; or where no performance guarantee is provided, shall be installed prior to the issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy for the Development.
