§ 61.266. Private Streets.

Latest version.

Required improvements for private streets shall be the same as for public streets.

Improvements Required Where Dedicated to the City. If any existing private street is dedicated to and accepted by the City for maintenance, the street shall, prior to acceptance be brought into full conformance with all of the applicable requirements for public streets.
