§ 61.322. Parking Space Requirements.
(a)
Residential Uses. Parking spaces for residential uses outside the Downtown Parking Area shall be provided in accordance with the standards listed in Figure 26.
(b)
Non-residential Uses. Parking spaces for nonresidential uses outside the Downtown Parking Area shall be provided in accordance with the standards listed in Figure 27.
(c)
Downtown Parking Area. Parking spaces for all uses within the Downtown Parking Area shall be provided in accordance with Section 61.342 of this Part.
(d)
Two-wheeled Motor Vehicle Spaces. On building sites containing at least 50 parking spaces, a minimum of 2 two-wheeled motor vehicle parking spaces shall be provided convenient to the main entrance of the building. On-street two-wheeled motor vehicle parking spaces are encouraged, where possible. Two-wheeled motor vehicle parking spaces shall be a minimum of 3 feet wide by 10 feet deep, and shall be clearly identified through signage or marking as reserved for two-wheeled vehicles. Additional spaces may be provided in lieu of or in addition to the required number of parking spaces. Where two-wheeled vehicle spaces are provided in lieu of the required number of parking spaces, a maximum of 2% (or one space, whichever is greater) of the required number of parking spaces may be so converted.
