§ 62.501. Height Limitations.

The AC-3A district does not have a general building height limitation (see Chapter 58, Part 2, Figure 1). However, other requirements of this Chapter limit heights in some areas of the district as follows:
Downtown HP Overlay District. The height limits of the Downtown HP Historic Preservation Overlay district apply within that district, as set forth in "Standards of Review—Specific Guidelines" in Chapter 65 of the Land Development Code.

Airport Zoning. The regulations of the Orlando-Orange County Airport Zoning Board apply throughout the Downtown district. (See Chapter 65, Part 1G.)
