§ 62.503. Downtown Facade Guidelines Area.

The area shown in Figure 46 shall be known as the Downtown Facade Guidelines Area. Within this area, the design of all building facades shall be in accordance with the Facade Design Guidelines established by the Orlando Downtown Development Board, as set forth in Chapter 65.
