§ 62.634. Building Orientation.
Upon substantial enlargement, substantial improvement or new construction, all principal structures shall be oriented toward the designated Front Street lot line by incorporating the following into the building frontage that faces that street:
a.
At least one public entrance of all principal structures shall be oriented towards the Front Street. Vehicular openings such as those for garages and carports shall not constitute a public entrance.
b.
The combined ground floor and second floor exterior wall area on the Front Street shall each contain a minimum of 15% of transparent or translucent materials.
