§ 62.633. Designation of Streets.

The Zoning Official shall be authorized to designate streets in MU districts as Front Streets, Side Streets or Rear Streets. It is the intention of such designations that Front Streets will be pedestrian-oriented and Rear Streets will be auto-oriented. Certain design standards in this section apply only to the parts of building sites oriented toward streets so designated.
