§ 62.639. General Standards.

In evaluating a proposed Mixed Use/Neighborhood Development community, the Municipal Planning Board and the City Council shall consider the criteria specified in the Growth management Plan, more specifically Future Land Use Element Policies 2.4.6 through 2.4.9 and Figure LU-1 of the Future Land Use Element.
