§ 64.243. Community Center Signs in Other Than Commercial (AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, AC-N, AC-3A Zoning Districts) or Industrial Districts (I-G, I-P Zoning Districts).

One sign of a permanent nature, setting forth the name or services of a community center, church or other similar organization permitted in any zoning district other than commercial or industrial may be located on the site. Signs shall not be located in the front fifty (50) percent of any required front yard. Such sign shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in area. If ground mounted, the top of the sign shall be no more than six (6) feet above ground level.
