No more than one (1) sign denoting the owner, architect, financial institution, general
contractor, subcontractors, and any statement pertaining to construction of a building
or project upon lots or parcels of land where a building permit has been secured for
construction of a building or project on such lot or parcel of land, may be erected
on the property, and shall be removed when the building has been completed, prior
to issuance of the final certificate of occupancy, or within fifteen (15) days after
construction operations have ceased, whichever is earlier. No construction sign shall
exceed sixty-four (64) square feet in area. Construction signs shall be set back at
least ten (10) feet from all property lines.
