§ 65.120. Appearance Review Board established; purpose.

Pursuant to section 2.113 of this Code, there is hereby established an Appearance Review Board (ARB). The primary purpose of the ARB is to review applications for certificates of appearance approval and to make recommendations to Council on whether to approve, approve with conditions, or deny such applications.
