§ 65.140. Municipal Planning Board established; purpose.

Pursuant to section 2.113 of this Code, there is hereby established a Municipal Planning Board (MPB). The primary purposes of the MPB are to act as the City's local planning agency and land development regulation commission, and to review applications for certain land development orders and recommend to Council whether to approve, approve with conditions, or deny such applications.
