§ 65.211. Committee Membership and Officers.

Membership. The Committee shall be composed of representatives of City departments, bureaus, and agencies responsible for reviewing land development proposals, including but not limited to, representatives of:

(a)

City Planning Bureau.

(b)

Engineering/Streets and Drainage Bureau.

(c)

Downtown Development Board.

(d)

Fire Department.

(e)

Orange County School Board.

(f)

Orlando Utilities Commission-Construction Services.

(g)

TECO Gas Company.

(h)

Parks Bureau.

(i)

Police Department.

(j)

Solid Waste Management Bureau.

(k)

BellSouth Telephone Company.

(l)

Orange County Planning Department.

(m)

State of Florida Department of Transportation.

(n)

Housing and Community Development Bureau.

(o)

Office of Permitting Services.

(p)

Transportation Planning Bureau.

Officers and Committees. The Chairman of the Committee shall be the Planning Official or his designee. Other offices and subcommittees to carry out the purposes of this Part, including a subcommittee for the review of Preliminary Site Plans, may be appointed by the Planning Official as needed.
