§ 65.212. Committee Procedures.

Voting. Votes on all matters brought before the Committee shall be by consensus of the members. The Committee must act on all matters brought before it for decision, either by approval, denial or approval with conditions or amendments, with the exception of Preliminary Site Plan Review.
