SUBMITTALS—APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL |
§ 65.256. General Requirements.
Along with the Application for Development Approval, the applicant shall submit the following, in multiple copies as determined by the Planning Official:
A Recent Boundary Survey and Legal Description: As completed by a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper.
Application for Development Approval: As required by state statutory requirements and administrative rule.
Master Pan: Depicting the proposed development.
Consent of Owners: The Application for Development Approval shall be signed by all owners, mortgagees and contract purchasers of the property.
Consistency with the Growth Management Plan: A statement showing that the proposed project is consistent with the Growth Management Plan.
Related Development Applications: A statement outlining the related development applications to be submitted.
