§ 65.263. Submittal of the Application.

Latest version.

The applicant shall submit to the Planning and Development Department an Annexation & Initial Zoning Application which conforms to the submittal requirements of this Part, in multiple copies and three (3) original copies of a signed and notarized Petition for Annexation.
