§ 65.292. Development Plan Review.
The first required step in the approval process of a proposed development is the submission of a Development Plan for review, accompanied by a filing fee in the amount established by resolution of the City Council and an application to rezone the land involved to the PD district in accordance with the submittal requirements of below in this Part.
Simultaneous Applications. The applicant must file concurrently with the rezoning application any application for amendment to the Growth Management Plan which is necessary to the approval by the City Council of the proposed development. An applicant may file simultaneously with the rezoning application any applications for Subdivision or Site Plan approval required by this Chapter.
