§ 65.341. Other Information and Waiver by Planning Official.

(a)

Identify other actions necessary for project approval such as: Rezoning, Zoning Variance, Conditional Use, Special Exception, Annexation.

(b)

Identify any Floor Area Ratio Bonuses being applied for under the Zoning District Regulations of Chapter 58, Part 6.

(c)

Provide such additional material and information as the Planning Official may reasonably require to carry out the purposes of this Chapter.

(d)

The Planning Official shall be authorized to waive the submittal requirements where deemed appropriate.
