Legend, same as required for Master Plan (see Section 65.338(b) above), except that a scale not less detailed than 1″:100′ is preferred.

Names, addresses, phone numbers, same as required for Master Plan (see Section 65.338(c) above).

(d)

Vicinity Map, same as required for Master Plan (see Section 65.338(d) above).

(e)

Land Uses on all abutting properties.

(f)

A statement describing in detail the intended use and nature of the proposed development.

(g)

A Boundary Survey of all boundaries and lot lines with a maximum error of closure of one in ten thousand (1 in 10,000) as defined in Florida Administrative Code Chapter 5J-17.
