§ 65.373. Pre-Application Conference.

Except where this requirement is specifically waived by the Zoning Official, prior to submitting an application for an Administrative Variance, the applicant shall meet with the staff of the Planning and Development Department to discuss informally the requirements of this Subpart and the nature of the proposed Administrative Variance.
