§ 65.379. Pre-Application Conference.

Except where this requirement is specifically waived by the Zoning Official, prior to submitting an application for a Zoning Variance, the applicant shall meet with the staff of the Planning and Development Department to discuss informally the requirements of this Part and the nature of the proposed Zoning Variance.
