§ 65.380. Submittal of the Application.

Latest version.

The applicant shall submit to the Planning and Development Department a Zoning Variance application which conforms to the submittal requirements of this Part in multiple copies. No application shall be deemed accepted unless it is complete. Deadlines for applications shall be established and adhered to.
