§ 65.391. Initiation of Growth Management Plan Amendments City Council.

The City Council may authorize a Growth Management Plan amendment application, and shall refer the matter to the Municipal Planning Board for review and action in accordance with this Part.

Municipal Planning Board. The Municipal Planning Board may authorize a Growth Management Plan Amendment Application and shall review and take action on the matter in accordance with this Part.

Property Owner. The property owner shall submit an application for amendment to the Official Future Land Use Map or related Growth Management Plan objectives and policies for review in accordance with this Part.
